If we truly believe that injustice threatens justice, then we must fight for the freedom Jamie and Gladys Scott. Known as the Scott Sisters, Jamie and Gladys are victims more than criminals, despite their conviction of armed robbery. It is these types of injustices that put americans at risk of being victims of an injustice system of "justice".

So, on Friday, April 1, 2011, the Committee for A Full Pardon for The Scott Sisters will again rally and march for justice in the name of The Scott Sisters. As a tribute to the work and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. americans from across the country will urge presidential hopeful and current Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour to recognize the truthfulness of Dr. King’s words and use his power to promote true justice for Jamie and Gladys Scott.

From The Honorable Sis. Cynthia McKinney: On President Obama And Libya; Japan And 9/11 Truth
In 2005 in the basement of the United States Capitol at a meeting convened by Congressman John Conyers on the subject of the "Downing Street Memo," Ray McGovern uttered the following truth:  he testified that "the United States went to war in Iraq for oil, Israel, and military bases craved by administration neocons" so that "the United States and Israel could dominate that part of the world."  McGovern went on to testify truthfully that "Israel is not allowed to be brought up in polite conversation.  The last time I did this, the previous director of Central Intelligence called me anti-Semitic."

The routine condemnations of McGovern could be heard from all of the sources inside the U.S. political structure that has at its base finance from pro-Israel sources;  that included from Dr. Howard Dean who was Chair of the Democratic National Committee at the time.  This finance nexus has been thoroughly identified by Dr. James Petras, for those who want to do further reading.

Condemnations, however, do not disprove McGovern's statement, but point, instead, to the political untouchability of the topic.  However, if one wants to truly understand the formulation of U.S. foreign and military policies, one must carefully consider McGovern's testimony.

On December 7, 1988 Mikhail Gorbachev described the need for a "universal human consensus" and he called that a new world order.  And on September 11, 1990, President George Herbert Walker Bush characterized the crisis that led to his intervention in the Persian Gulf in Operation Desert Storm as an opportunity to move toward "a new world order."  Every President since Bush, including President Obama, has expressed some fealty in one way or another to the idea of a "New World Order" which represents the ultimate goal of internationalizing rule by a few oligarchs and the dissolution, by every means available, of dissent.  On March 19, 2011, exactly eight years after George W. Bush launched "Operation Iraqi Freedom," President Obama savagely bombed Libya.

One can begin to gain an understanding of exactly who these oligarchs are by investigating the financial winners in the oligarchization of the U.S. economy, in much the same way that the Russian oligarchs were created and eventually identified.

Israel was an important beneficiary of these economic operations and Israel has been an important beneficiary of certain U.S. military operations, exactly as McGovern testified.

The clear losers in this process are the people struggling globally for truth, justice, human rights, and peace.  And there are clear and identifiable winners--if one dares to look.

Understanding who the winners are is necessary if one is to be able to decipher what they do and why.  Therefore, it is necessary to understand that a new type of language has been adopted where war is peace, freedom is slavery, lies are truth, and ignorance is strength:  we already know this as Orwell Speak.  Our job is to pierce the intentional propagandistic obfuscations and expose the truth for those less aware of the modus operandus of the crafters of this new international order.

Today W.E. A.L.L. B.E. News spoke with Dr. Adel Shaker, the Mississippi State Medical Examiner, for an update on the official state autopsy result findings for Frederick Jermaine Carter. The autopsy results were signed off on by Dr. Shaker on Friday March 18, 2011 and were mailed out Monday morning March 21, 2011.  Dr. Shaker concluded that the death was a hanging pending investigation and not a suicide. This ruling of course is very significant because it shows that the state cannot rule out the possibility of foul play and that Frederick Jermaine Carter was possibly murdered pending of course a thorough investigation into cause of death.
 
On Dec. 3, 2010, Frederick Jermaine Carter was found hanging from a tree in Greenwood, MS.  The area where his body was found is known to be very hostile towards “Blacks or outsiders.”  The Leflore County Coroner Debra Sanders and Leflore County Sheriff Ricky Banks ruled it a suicide on the scene.  This of course was amplified by the irresponsible reporting of the local Greenwood Commonwealth and corporate mass media outlets such as USA Today in less than 48 hours. This of course turned a poor speculation into a so-called venerable truth.

As of today (3/25/2011) the second autopsy results, conducted by Carter’s family and The Nation of Islam, has not been made public by the family.

TRUTH Minista Paul Scott of the Militant Mind Militia puts Snoop Dogg on Blast for marketing Colt 45 Blast. Tells him not to be Pabst Blue Ribbon's Pimp.
In the new clip, Scott tackles Snoop's recent endorsement of malt beverage maker Colt 45's new "Blast By Colt 45" product and how his co-sign of the alcohol beverage helps to continue the destruction the African-American community. He calls the rapper the new "Pabst Blue Ribbon Pimp Of The Month," and claims he's being used by the company to push poison into the community.

Scott claims Snoop did the same back in the 1990s, when he endorsed products by St. Ides, and says he needs to learn his lesson and educates him as to why. Snoop, any words?

Miss. Deputy Medical Examiner Signs Off On Frederick Jermaine Carter’s First Official Autopsy Results…Apologizes For Delay & Offers Condolences To The Family


Around 3:53pm U.S. Central time today, W.E. A.L.L. B.E News spoke with Dr. Adel Shaker, the Deputy Medical Examiner for the state of Mississippi. In an exclusive interview with W.E. A.L.L. B.E. News, Dr. Shaker has revealed that he signed off on the official first autopsy results on Frederick Jermaine Carter today. The medical examiner’s office will be mailing them to Brenda Carter-Evans, the mother of Frederick Jermaine Carter, and family Monday morning.  As you may recall Frederick Jermaine Carter was found hanging in a tree in Greenwood, MS, in an exclusive upper middle class white neighborhood not known to be very friendly to African Americans.  

Dr. Shaker has been receiving calls of inquiry from the public and several people involved in Mississippi politics including those from representatives of the Governor’s and Mississippi Senate offices respectively. Unlike W.E. A.L.L. B.E.'s experience with the Leflore County Coroner’s Office, Dr. Shaker was polite, patient and cordial. Dr. Shaker also acknowledged that he received a letter of inquiry from Brenda Carter-Evans as well. 

Dr. Shaker said that he personally performed the autopsy for Frederick Jermaine Carter and that he has only been the medical examiner for the state of Mississippi for 5 months.  He also confirmed that although it usually takes 8-12 weeks for autopsy results to be made public that the reason why he couldn’t do it within that time frame is because he has numerous cases still needed to be closed from November of last year. As a matter of fact in an effort usually requiring the work of 9 people, Dr. Shaker is currently woefully understaffed and is working 18 hour work days to catch up.

Dr. Shaker sincerely apologized for the lateness of the results and offered his sincere and deep  condolences to the mother and family of Frederick Jermaine Carter.  Dr. Shaker who was born in Africa (his father is Eqyptian & his mother is Kenyan) considers himself an African American and is very much proud of his African heritage.  He also considers Mississippi as his home. Dr. Shaker seems to be held in high esteem by his peers and  has impressive medical credentials including investigating the death of famed British photojournalist Julie Ward in a Kenya Game Park and doing extensive forensic work for the United States government on the mass graves created by the Saddam Hussein Regime in Iraq.

Tha Artivist: My Reasons For Getting Involved In The Frederick Jermaine Carter Hanging Case.
My name is Bro. Ron Herd II aka R2C2H2 Tha Artivist. According to my definition, “an artivist” is a person who actively uses his/her talents to serve and uplift humanity in a progressive and righteous manner.  In other words, an artivist is a person who is both an artist and activist.

The Frederick Jermaine Carter case struck an emotional chord with me…Being a Memphian I heard about what happened to Emmett Till ever since I was 9 years old from my Mississippi relatives and I am 30 years old now…Seeing that picture of Bro. Frederick hanging from the tree reminded me of the first time I saw a pic of Emmett Till’s mangled face after they lynched him…Those type of images stay with you for the rest of your life…

I felt like the brother deserved the justice in death that he couldn’t get in life…Talking to his spiritually gregarious and agape love filled mom, Mrs. Brenda Carter-Evans, truly inspired me to be as persistent and diligent as possible in keeping and growing public interest in this case as well as putting pressure on the authorities to do the right thing…Just like Frederick Douglass said “power concedes nothing without a demand”…The work of a truth worker is never wasted… To me that meant doing whatever I can with whatever I had to ensure that the truth in this case shall prevail…

I knew that the ruling of suicide less than 48 hours after Bro. Frederick’s body was discovered by the Leflore County Sheriff’s Office and the Leflore County Coroner’s Office which was further amplified by USA Today and other U.S. corporate media outlets could not be true and sounded suspicious…Especially since his body was discovered in an area not friendly to African Americans…The fact that they tried to further add insult to injury by mis-labeling this brother as mentally handicapped as if to justify this tragedy without any explanation or confirmation from close family members further disturbed me (and still does)…

It normally takes 8-12 weeks for autopsy results to come back and there were no extensive forensics done by the Leflore County Coroner Debra Sanders…As a matter of fact the official state autopsy was done by Dr. Adel Shaker at the state medical examiner’s office and his office will be mailing the official first autopsy results Monday morning March 21, 2011 to his family…

I also felt that like with the death of Emmett Till over 55 years ago that this case could be a catalyst for starting a new chapter in our people’s liberation movement here in the USA and beyond…Our generation is running out of key pivotal moments to actually create change we can believe in…Yes we are great in utilizing and uniting around key moments in our recent history to rally around like the Hurricane Katrina, Jena 6, Sean Bell and Oscar Grant movements respectively…But aside from a few fund raisers, marches, rallies and some biased and limited media coverage from the corporate mass media machine  what have we truly accomplish in terms of building institutions, opportunities and a foundation for the current and future generations to actually create and sustain new paradigms and possibilities for our people???

I also hope to break the generational curse and yoke of fear that has a spell over so many of our beautiful people…This fear is causing us to live shorten, bleak and mediocre lives which in turns cripple our family unit and quality of life…Our people should have pride and dignity and also be willing to help each other in need and to support each other in endeavors that empower the individual and enables the collective…Strong communities produce strong leaders and not the other way around…

My maternal grandfather, a native Mississippian, fought in World War 2 for other folks’ agendas and still was called a boy when he got home…As a matter of fact African Americans has fought in every war for this republic while still fighting a war for our own self respect at home…So I know now’s the time for us to fight for our own self interests this time around as a people without any apologies or hesitation, by any means necessary.

I know that I am continuing the legacy work of Ida B. Wells-Barnett, a phenomenal journalist whose courage and writing truth to power while pursuing a 7 year one-woman crusade against lynching made her enemies both black and white, both an icon and iconoclast, a shero and a villain, a prophet and a charlatan according your perspective and whose book you are reading…Just like her I am using the media and technology tools of my day to shed light on atrocities that are normally overlooked by the corporate mass media…When you have truth and faith on your side then GOD and Fear can’t reside in the same room…

Miss. Deputy Medical Examiner Signs Off On Frederick Jermaine Carter’s First Official Autopsy Results…Apologizes For Delay & Offers Condolences To The Family


Around 3:53pm U.S. Central time today, W.E. A.L.L. B.E News spoke with Dr. Adel Shaker, the Deputy Medical Examiner for the state of Mississippi. In an exclusive interview with W.E. A.L.L. B.E. News, Dr. Shaker has revealed that he signed off on the official first autopsy results on Frederick Jermaine Carter today. The medical examiner’s office will be mailing them to Brenda Carter-Evans, the mother of Frederick Jermaine Carter, and family Monday morning.  As you may recall Frederick Jermaine Carter was found hanging in a tree in Greenwood, MS, in an exclusive upper middle class white neighborhood not known to be very friendly to African Americans.  

Dr. Shaker has been receiving calls of inquiry from the public and several people involved in Mississippi politics including those from representatives of the Governor’s and Mississippi Senate offices respectively. Unlike W.E. A.L.L. B.E.'s experience with the Leflore County Coroner’s Office, Dr. Shaker was polite, patient and cordial. Dr. Shaker also acknowledged that he received a letter of inquiry from Brenda Carter-Evans as well. 

Dr. Shaker said that he personally performed the autopsy for Frederick Jermaine Carter and that he has only been the medical examiner for the state of Mississippi for 5 months.  He also confirmed that although it usually takes 8-12 weeks for autopsy results to be made public that the reason why he couldn’t do it within that time frame is because he has numerous cases still needed to be closed from November of last year. As a matter of fact in an effort usually requiring the work of 9 people, Dr. Shaker is currently woefully understaffed and is working 18 hour work days to catch up.

Dr. Shaker sincerely apologized for the lateness of the results and offered his sincere and deep  condolences to the mother and family of Frederick Jermaine Carter.  Dr. Shaker who was born in Africa (his father is Eqyptian & his mother is Kenyan) considers himself an African American and is very much proud of his African heritage.  He also considers Mississippi as his home. Dr. Shaker seems to be held in high esteem by his peers and  has impressive medical credentials including investigating the death of famed British photojournalist Julie Ward in a Kenya Game Park and doing extensive forensic work for the United States government on the mass graves created by the Saddam Hussein Regime in Iraq.

Original 'Gangsta Crooner' Nate Dogg Is Gone Too Soon

In September 2008, it stunned hip-hop fans across the country to learn that Nate Dogg, the "king of the hip-hop hook," had suffered a stroke, his second in as many years. We were left to wonder just how much time the hip-hop legend had left on this earth. Rumors would surface every few months or so, as they do for celebrities, of his passing, but Nate Dogg endured and faith was kept that he would be able get back into the studio and bless some songs with his signature voice. But after the years of prayers and well wishes, we find ourselves paying our respects because as of March 15, 2011, the man who taught us how to "regulate" has passed on. 

The news reports and obituaries will likely refer to him as a rapper, but Nate Dogg was never known for spitting a verse. No, when Nate Dogg hit the track, he was bringing something complete new, confusing and wonderful that has been imitated (Akon and T-Pain basically owe their careers to this man) but never successfully duplicated: he was a gangsta crooner. In another lifetime, perhaps, he may have sung alongside Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, or Nat King Cole, but Nate was born into a time that made him them perfect candidate to become the definitive voice of the "G-Funk" era in hip-hop.

He first appeared on Dr. Dre's seminal, genre-defining record, The Chronic, in 1992, but it was his work with former 213 group members Snoop Dogg and Warren G that gained him the most recognition and put his skills in high demand. Without Nate's harmonizing vocals, Snoop and crew's "Ain't No Fun (If the Homies Can't Have None)" is little more than a vile recounting of some questionable sexual practices. It isn't much more than that with Nate's vocals, to be honest, but he did add a certain lightheartedness to the affair that made you feel better about singing along. 

On Warren G's only major hit, 1994's "Regulate", Nate plays the hero in a story where Warren G is being robbed during a game of dice and Nate is called upon to "turn some bodies cold" and the two ride off into the sunset with some women they meet nearby. It was cowboy tale set in the streets of Compton.

His list of collaborators reads like a list of "who's who?" in Hip-Hop. He recorded dozens of songs with aforementioned Snoop Dogg and Warren G and became a staple on songs with rappers who hailed from West Coast, paying homage to and trying to emulate the work found on The Chronic and Doggystyle, but eventually emcees from all over the map called on Nate Dogg to bless their tracks with his soulful baritone. Eminem, Ludacris, 50 Cent, Freeway, Mos Def, Pharoahe Monch, Jadakiss, Kurupt, Fabolous, The Game, Ice Cube, Eve, the late Tupac Shakur, and so many more owe a debt of gratitude to Nate Dogg for adding a special mix of soul, funk, and gangsta personality to their songs. 

His unique way of hiding in the groove, but managing to stand out, yet never overpowering a track helped to produce smooth and mellow records and club jams with equal aplomb. He gained a reputation as a guaranteed hitmaker, contributing to over 40 songs that would go on to become chart singles. Nate Dogg's voice was gold.

But his health wasn't. He suffered two strokes before the age of 40 and now, at the age of 41, has passed away. If there is any lesson for us to take away from his passing, it's that regular check-ups and visits to the doctor to monitor health and vital signs is of the utmost importance, especially among black men. Across this country, black men face health risks from high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, and host of other deadly but preventable diseases, but our proclivity toward preventative health measures remains dormant. And it wasn't too long ago we were all filled with anxiety over the deteriorating condition of the Father of Hip-Hop, DJ Kool Herc. While our health care system remains flawed, it's imperative we start taking our own health more seriously. Perhaps these are the type of wake-up calls the hip-hop community and black men in general need to get the message.

But now isn't a time for preaching or proselytizing; right now is a time to remember a man who shared his gifts with the world and left an indelible mark on a culture that has influenced more than a few. Undoubtedly, the sexism, misogyny, and gangsta iconography that became a staple of his lyrics will be hotly debated, as they should, but one thing that was undeniable was Nate Dogg's talent. He originated something that, now, hip-hop can't seem to live without, and as a community we are forever grateful. We can all don our fedoras, take a ride in a '64 Chevy Impala, and zone out to our favorite Nate Dogg hooks. He wouldn't have it any other way.
