August 28 & 31, 2014, marked the 59th anniversary of the kidnapping, torture, lynching & recovery of #EmmettLouisTill's body from the #TallahatchieRiver in the Mississippi Delta...I Have BEen Privileged & HUMBLED To Make A Pilgrimage To The Last Places That Both #EmmettTill And #MikeBrown, This Generation's #EmmettTill, Were Seen Alive...It still amazes me how both young men's stories include grocery and convenience stores and how both young men's tragic deaths and respective martyrdom have served as inspirations or catalysts for social justice movements that have and will forever change the dynamics of our present and future...We Must Take This Time To Make The Commitment That This Generation, Which Will BEcome The Greatest Generation, Will End This B$ Once And For All...I learned about #EmmettTill when I was around 10 years old (I am now 34) and I never forgot him....I plan on teaching my future kids about #EmmettTill, #LarryPayne, #MichaelStewart, #MikeBrown, #Trayvon, #Oscar & The Others But By The Time They Are Coming Of Age This $hit Will BE A History Lesson & Not A Fukkking Cautionary Tale...It Seems Like In Spite Of The Passage & Ravages Of Time, Tornadoes And Other Variables The Bryant's Grocery Store Where Emmett Allegedly Wolf Whistled @ Carolyn Bryant, The Store Owner's Wife, And Thus Sealed His Fate Refuses To BE Forgotten Or Destroyed...It is eerily similar to the burned out #QuikTrip which has quickly BEcome an icon of the Ferguson Movement...Regardless If We Are Ready Or Not, Change Is Coming & WE ALL BE Will Keep Yall Posted...One Love!!! #R2c2h2Says #BroRon #Artstorian
