Please visit www.crmvet.org to get in touch with a veteran freedom fighter and say...

Thank you for sacrificing so much so that future generations can live, strive and thrive in a world with more opportunities and options, a world where the sky is truly the limit if you are willing to fly!!!
During this Black History Month and beyond please take time to visit this amazing website http://www.crmvet.org which gives valuable information and insight on the ordinary or everyday people with exceptional personal courage whether they be Black or White and rich or poor, who worked together to bring about positive and lasting change in this country during the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 1960s...Please take the time to contact some of these beautiful people both well known and not so well known and tell them thank you for a job well done!!! I was blessed to perused the website this past summer and I have made what I feel lasting bonds and friendships with several beautiful people...It is wonderful to know that these people were willing to make the ultimate sacrifices for generations not yet even born or old enough to appreciate the significance of their selfless acts...That these wise people, many who were in their teens and early twenties, went against the advice of many in our society who may have meant well and decided to go all out against the grain anyway leaves me in awe every time I read and hear about their stories...Please get in touch with these heroes and sheroes and learn about our true heritage of freedom fighting, one of America's best kept secrets!!!
